Given the unusually high call volume we are experiencing, due to our Online Banking conversion, wait times for our Call Center are longer than usual. We encourage members to email us in reference to Online Banking at Onlinebanking@hewfcu.com.
Online Banking Tips:
If you are an existing Online Banking User, but have not yet used our new site, you must register as a "First Time Online Banking User".
You must use your member account number as your User ID the first time you log in. Please see the Online Banking Instructions by clicking on the "Attention Online Banker Users" banner on our front page, for information on your initial password (this has changed from the one you were using prior to the conversion).
If you were using e-Lerts within the former Online Banking site, you will need to set-up new alerts under the "Accounts-Account Alerts" tab within the new Online Banking site.
